    Our Policy

    All returns and exchanges of merchandise purchased online must be made within 14 days of package arrival (according to the tracking number) for a full refund.

    Any item returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. If there is any indication of wear, please be aware that the items will be returned to the sender as we cannot take merchandise back that has been used.  Shoes must be in their original packaging. 

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are welcome in person at either of our locations.  However, due to the rate at which items sell out we do not offer online exchanges.  If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead.

    Final Sale Items

    All items bought on discount from our Outlet section online or our Sale section in store are final sale. 

    Gift Cards and adhesive bras are final sale and cannot be returned.

    PACK
    Pack the returnable item(s) safely and securely for shipping.

     

    SHIP
    All packages should be sent through a traceable and insurable postal method to the address on your original package.  The address will be one of the following:

    All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

     

    REFUND
    If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, a refund equal to the price of the returned item(s) will be issued to your bank immediately. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

    Please allow 5-7 days for us to receive and process your return. Once your return has been processed a refund issued, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your refund to be added back to your account.
