To order online and pick up in-store, simply select the items you wish to purchase on our website and add them to your cart. During checkout, choose the "pick up in-store" option. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive another email notifying you. Bring this confirmation email and a valid ID to our West Hartford location to collect your purchase.

All returns and exchanges of merchandise purchased online must be made within 7 days of package arrival for a full refund of merchandise and up to 14 days for a store credit.

Merchandise must be unworn with any tags still attached. Any items with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer. Shoes must be returned in their original box and in original condition.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items from our sale section as they are FINAL SALE.

Please note: all undergarments are FINAL SALE.

Any shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges made online, by phone, or by email are at the expense of the customer. However, purchases made online may be returned or exchanged in our boutique location with the original packing slip.
